Adjutant Bob Grigsby and 2nd Vice Ernest Ernest A. Schmidt presented the American Legion Military Excellence and Scholastic Excellence awards at Rossview High School today the outstanding JROTC Cadets.ROTC and JROTC recognition is under Pillar II of the American Legion, National Security. Cadet Kamiliya Aumiller, Daughter of Lily and Jeremy Aumiller is a Freshman at Rossview High School and an active member of JROTC.  She served as a member of the Programs Annual Inspection Team and was instrumental in the Program scoring a 98% on this year's JROTC Program of Accreditation Inspection.  She plans to attend The Culinary Institute of America and earn a degree in Culinary Arts and Operations when she graduates.

Cadet Garrison DePriest, Son of Jason and Michelle DePriest is a Freshman at Rossview High School and an active member of JROTC.  He was a key leader and planner for this year's Staff Ride to Stones River National Battlefield and has been selected to serve as the Program Logistics Officer for the 2022-2023 School Year.  He plans to attend the Naval Academy and earn a degree in Political Science when he graduates.
