Franklin ALR were chartered 23 July 2012. Charter Members: James Amundsen, Bruce Barker, Bill Brown, Mike Schmidt, and David Pilgrim. Our American Legion Riders make noise and draw attention to our group in the annual Franklin Veterans Day Parade. They also participate in meaningful rides in our community and beyond.
2016 Veterans Day Parade
2016 - Our American Legion Riders joined our National Commander Dale Barnett and other Legion posts on the 11th annual American Legion Legacy Run, one of the largest multistate, multiday cross-country motorcycle events held in the United States.
2016 - Members of our post enjoyed attending Art OnThe Fly TN at the 2nd Annual Art on the Fly Fest supporting We Are Building Lives. We want to do our part to end homelessness, especially among our fellow Veterans.
