Mr. Roy Edwin Barker, Post 22 Past Commander, age 90 of Franklin, Tenn. passed away March 28, 2016. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and a member of Fourth Avenue Church of Christ. He served on the State Legislature from 1961-1965 and was a 1970 Delegate Constitutional Convention. He was also the Past President of Franklin Noon Rotary Club, member of Jaycees, served 17 years on the Franklin Planning Committee and was a 20-year member of the Williamson County Chamber of Commerce.
