The Rames-Bender Post 152 Vice Commander Bruce Anderson presented the American Legion Distinguished Achievement Award to the following individuals:
Seniors: Evan Wintersteen and Rachael Wollman
8th Graders: Jason Mehlhaf and Ashley Diede
The American Legion Distinguished Achievement Award is awarded to select individuals who meet the criteria of courage, honor, leadership, patriotism, scholarship, and service qualities.
Vice Commander Bruce Anderson also announced the selection of Tyler Bloch for Boys State.
