The Rames-Bender Post 152 sponsored the annual 4th of July parade. The parade is successful every year because it attracts floats and marchers from miles around. After the parade, the Legion Post sponsors an Open House and Dance, which featured the East River Cowboys as the featured band. The Post also had a raffle which gave out $450 worth of prizes.
