Baseball Team Members & Raffle Winners Join Post to Celebrate

The raffle winner(s) for the baseball season were Linda and Ricky Mills.  They are shown receiving the U. S. Flag and State of South Carolina Flag Certification signed by Rep.Richie Yow and James H. Lucas, Speaker of the House of Representatives.  The flag was flown over the State Capital building in Columbia, South Carolina.

Shown are the team members, coaches, Post Commander Hough, and Post Adjutant Randy Sowell.American Legion Post 74 members celebrated with the Junior American Legion Baseball Team at the September 9 meeting.  At the end of season, the team ranked 6/70 in the state of S.C  Additional financial support for the team was donated by Woodmen Life Chapter 516, under the leadership of Chapter President Tony Horne.
