Boy Scout Troop 120 Shippensburg Flag Retirement

On December 6, 2015 Boy Scout Troop 120 of Shippensburg held a flag Retirement Ceremony at Post 223. This is the first time that Troop 120 has preformed a flag retirement ceremony at this post.
