American Legion Post 223 Commander Dick Guyer presents a check for $150 to Katie Eichelberger with Leroy "Buzz" Martin, essay chairman. Katie was the first place winner in the annual Post 223 Essay Contest. Winning essay was entitled, "Should the Supreme Court Be Appointed or Elected."
