Special Education Track and Field Donation

The Oscar M. Hykes Post 223 gave $500.00 to the Shippensburg Area High School District's Special Education Track and Field Meet, an event formerly known as the Special Olympics. Thanks to the donation like the one of the American Legion, each of the students will receive a T-shirt for participation, ribbons for the competitions and lunch afterwards. The Post 223 has been giving to this organization for 15 years.
