77th Anniversary

March, 1996

The American Legion Post 223 celebrated the 77th anniversary of the American Legion and presented 50 year awards to members that have attained 50 years of service to the Legion. Members present to receive the awards were as follows: Charles Ott, George Rae, Charles Culbertson, Kenneth Coleman, Carl McVitty and Leroy Martin commander of Post 223. The following members that were absent that have obtained 50 years were Wilbur Frey, Joesph Baer, Dr. Erwin Bradley, Harold Adams and Herb Cassidy.
