19th District Commander

William D. Sowers was installed as 19th District Commander at the 77th State Convention. A Korean War Veteran, he served in the U.S. Army from 1955 to 1962. Sowers is a 23 year member of the Oscar M. Hykes Post 223, Shippensburg, where he served in a number of offices, including that of Post Commander. He is also a Past Cumberland County Commander.
