Junior High Student Council

October, 1994

The Oscar M. Hykes American Legion Post 223 presented the Shippensburg Junior High School Student Council with 25 classroom flags. These flags will replace the old ones that are starting to show some wear. Presenting the flags was Tom Everett, past commander of the Legion Post 223.
