Wilbur Goodhart, World War 1 veteran and member of the American Legion Post 223, marches in the Shippensburg Memorial Day Parade with the American Legion Minutemen. The photo of Wilbur is titled "The Last Mile" Wilbur went to be with the Supreme Commander before the next Memorial Day. The photo is displayed on the wall of Post 223. Wilbur's uniform along with his wife Mildred's uniform as she was a Word War 1 Veteran also are displayed in the Smithsonian Institute, Washington, DC.
