Robert Mears spoke of his trip to Keystone Boys State held this year at Penn State University, Robert said the experience was more than worth the stay, and that he and the other boys enjoyed themselves.

The annual Veterans Day Services went well with the American Legion Post 223 joining forces with the VFW Post 6168.
Dates were set for the Scotland School Children's Christmas party to be held Saturday December 17 1966 and the Post Children's Christmas party will be held December 23 1966.

The president of the Franklin County Legion baseball presented Dannie Knox a trophy for winning the 1966 Franklin County League.
