Veteran's Civial Service employment

A panel discussion was held in the post room to make clear the veteran's position in federal employment under Civil Service and what preference be had for employment. Panel consisted of Letterkenny, the American Legion, Col. Coffey, C.O. Harper Shoap, Capt. Harold Mooney, G.L. Fogelsanger, Lt. Joseph Brunner, Arthur Burkhart, Marion Bell, Wilbur Goodhart, Zeke Hodges, Howard Crownover, and Allen Dubbs.
