On November 21, 2017, 2017 Oregon Boys State citizen Johnny McFarlane spoke to the Stevens-Chute family about his once in a lifetime experience. The Summit High School Senior was grateful for Post 4 for sending him to Boys State in June, 2017. Following his speech, Johnny received a certificate from Post Commander William Chan.
