Stevens-Chute Post 4 Commander William Chan and Adjutant Lara Chan attended both the Incoming District Commander's Training at the Atlantis Hotel and Casino and Legionnaire Insurance Trust (LIT) luncheon at the Peppermill Hotel and Casino on August 21, 2017. The District Commander's Training taught folks various programs like My Legion and others, so they can effectively run his or her District. Past National Commander David Rehbein, Leading Candidate for National Commander Denise Rohan, and others led this training. The training was streamed online via Facebook. Following the training, both attended the Legionnaire Insurance Trust luncheon. The luncheon included a meeting to discuss the progress with the program.
