On December 16, 2017, Stevens-Chute Post and Unit 4 participated in the annual Wreaths Across America ceremony and wreath laying. The ceremony took place at First Presbyterian Church at 9:00 AM Pacific time. The ceremony took place at the same time (12:00 PM Noon Eastern time) that the wreath was being placed at Arlington National Cemetery. Oregon State Representative Knute Buehler was the guest speaker at the event. Members of the Stevens-Chute family, Oregon Band of Brothers Bend Chapter, Boys Scout Troop 25, and community members participated in the ceremony and wreath placements near Veterans graves at Glenwood Cemetery.
