On August 19, Stevens-Chute Post 4 Commander William Chan was elected as President of the National American Legion College Alumni Association (NALCAA) President. Stevens-Chute Post 4 Adjutant Lara Chan was elected as Public Relations Officer. Both were nominated and elected at the National American Legion College Executive meeting within The Atlantis Hotel and Casino in Reno, Nevada. Both were installed at the annual NALCAA Banquet held at the Reno Elks Lodge on August 20.
