Sid Carter Elected Commander 2009-2010

Sid Carter was elected Commander for 2009-2010. Other officers elected were Joyce Lee 1st Vice Commander, Jim Clapperton 2nd Vice Commander, John Reish Adjutant/Finance Officer, Don Keith Chaplain.
