Lee Perkins, chairman of Boys State, and members of the Post went to Aloha High School and selected four boys to attend Boys State at Monmouth, Oregon.

Jun 9, members met at the Top Notch Tavern to play pool at the Vets Hospital.

Jun 12, the Post challenged the Vets Hospital in a Mop & Broom Pool tournament. They gave two portable radios to the best Vets teams.

State Convention was in Springfield on Jun 23-25, at the Roadway Inn. The Post and the Unit each sent 3 delegates.

Post membership reached 86, 8 short of 200% of goal. The Post received $60 from Department for reaching goal. Dues for new members was $10 until October 1.

Auxiliary membership reached 37.

The Post and Unit conducted Memorial Day services at the Union Cemetary on 143rd, north of Cornell Rd.

The Post presented Bernard (String) Berg with a Life Membership.

July 8, we installed the officers for Tigard Post 158. We held practice on July 1st.
