Okmulgee American Legion Post 10 honors the torn, ragged, and hard flown symbol of America in Flag retirement ceremonies throughout the year.
Flags are donated through the flag retirement box dedicated to: James Dimitri Otto USMC WWII Enlisted July 1940 Deceased Nov 20, 1943 on Bedto Island.; Mabrey Bank Okmulgee; and the local VFW.
