American Legion Riders

Since Chartering ALR 19NC in January 2011 the Riders have held an Annual event to Keep the Light On at a VFW Vietnam Veterans Memorial on US 258S outside Tarboro NC. Our Riders have aided with numerous funeral Missions as escorts and Flag Bearers many times in conjunction with the Patriot Guard Riders of NC. They have also assisted in feel good missions such as the groundbreaking and Key Ceremony for a local Homes for the Troops recipient, escorting the Vietnam traveling Wall, and escorting the Heart of steel a Piece of the World Trade Center from 9/11. They have also Participated in the last 7 NC POny Express Membership Drives
