On November 6th, 2024, Disability Determination Services (DDS) is a division of the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services, hosted a Veterans luncheon for their Veterans employees. Charles T. Norwood American Legion Post 157 members and Devell “Bo” Durham Jr of Leonard Moore Post 71 and Candidate for Department Commander 2025-2026 were honored to participate. Each Veteran spoke of their branch of service and shared the experience of their time in the military. Food and beverages were present and each veteran receipt gift bag.
