On June 15, 2024, the post meeting was called to order, and the order of business was conducted to include a ceremony for the Installation of Post Officers. The Installing Officer was Mrs. Patricia Harris, Alternate National Executive Committeeman, Past District Commander, Past Department Commander, Past Post 124 (Apex) First Vice Commander, Past Post 157 Commander, conducted the ceremony. We were honored to have Mrs Geneva Langston, Post 157 Auxiliary Unit Vice President in attendance.
     The Installing Officer, Mrs. Patricia Harris, honored the Post by swearing in the newly elected / reelected officers. She took control of the meeting informed the Sergeant-at-arms to bring forward newly elected officers to be installed / reinstalled. She read the Oath of Office to the newly elected officers as they took the pledge to perform faithfully and impartially the duties of the office in The American Legion that they assume. 
     The Installing Officer, Mrs. Patricia Harris thanked and congratulated the newly reelected Officers. She turned the meeting over to the Newly reelected Post Commander James Langston as she handed him the gavel. The Sergeant-at-Arms escorted each officer-elect to their respective station. 
     During the member recognition of the ceremony Post Commander James Langston presented the Certificate of Appreciation to some members for their outstanding assistance and service which contributed to the advancement of the Post.

     Legionnaire Willie Pulley Post Chaplain conducted the offer prayer and the Post Commander closed the meeting.
