Still Here Alive and Well -Howard Turner

Howard Turner is still alive and proud to be a member of the American Legion. He will be 97 years old this March 31st. He belonged to Post 025 Mohawk, New York. He will probably be celebrating his birthday at the American Legion Post in Ormond Beach, Florida. His post was disbanded and he paid his dues for a lifetime membership. Ormond Beach, Florida has become his home with his many well wishers. He especially likes the fact that WWII vets drink for free at this post. This means he's not going anywhere soon. The poor bums at the post are paying for his drinks for a few more years. Poor bastards! I will happily host his 97th birthday there and provide food and drinks for anyone that wants to come and celebrate his birthday. Don't feel the need to bring anything-I will provide food and pay for drinks. Just come and celebrate with us. Thanks-Joy
