Nashua Jr. Legion team was eliminated in the Northeast Regionals in West Havershaw, N.Y. Nashua dropped both its games in pool play, which eliminated the Coffey Kids from finals contention.
In fact, the loss early in the day 7-4 to Connecticut state champion Wallingford put Nashua out of contention as that gave Wallingford the “Army Pool” title. Nashua then went on to lose to New York champion Rockland, 12-3. (Telegraph photo by TOM KING)
