A detail from Post 3 participated in the wreath laying ceremony at the Nashua Main St. Bridge in spite of cold and rainy weather. The VFW Post 483 colors were carried by Nashua High Air Force Jr ROTC. Post 3 adjutant, Donald Vincent carries the Legion Post 3 flag. An unidentified member carries the DAV flag. At right, Barney Barbera, PC Legion Post 3 stands by ready to play taps. The wreath was thrown into the Nashua River by WWII VFW member Richard Mohrmann and Korean War Post 3 Legion member Robert Courtemanche. A short speech was made by Mayor James Donchess.
