On Monday morning, May 29, members of James E. Coffey Post 3, American Legion, took charge of leading the memorial ceremonies at four cemeteries and one monument along with members of VFW post 483 and DAV chapter 7. A prayer was read and then a hand salute was rendered by all during the presentation of the colors and the playing of taps at each location (Hillside cemetery, Edgewood cemetery, St. Stanislaus cemetery, Lithuanian cemetery, and Soifert memorial).
