Members of Post 3 participated in Pearl Harbor Day wreath laying ceremonies marking the 75th anniversary of the tragic historic event. The event was held at 9:00 AM at the Main St. bridge and spearheaded by VFW Post 483. Post 3 members in attendance included; Barney and Priscille Barbera; Bob and Barbara Courtemanche; and Don and Kathy Vincent. After the ceremony, VFW commander Steve Ordway invited all participants to coffee and donuts at the new VFW post home at 8 East Pearl St. Mayor Donchess, who missed the Main St. ceremony attended the gathering at the VFW home and thanked all those who participated.
