On Memorial Day 2013, James E. Coffey Post 3 Chaplain, Ron Poirier, conducted a moving program of remembrance at the Langdon Place assisted living facility. The Chaplain led the residents in the reciting the Pledge of Allegiance to our flag; followed by reading a solemn prayer and concluded by leading the residents in singing "Amazing Grace". The 25 residents in attendance were very grateful and the post received a nice letter of thanks.
