Our Sr. Vice Commander, Steve Davis, is one of the first in the nation to be awarded "The American Legion Scouting Square Knot Award". This award is meant to recognize the dedication and hard work of an American Legion member in furthering the Scouting program in the American Legion. This Award was presented to Steve by our National Commander, John A. Brieden III, during his recent visit to our Post 3. The award consists of a certificate and an embroidered gold square knot emblem that can be worn on the scouting uniform.
