Department of New Hampshire Oratorical winner Keith Luther, 16 and his Dad, Jeff, attended the April 4th monthly meeting to receive the congratulations of the Commander and Post members. Keith is a junior at Bishop Guertin High School in Nashua and was sponsored by Post 3. Keith chose to respond to all four questions concerning the US Constitution.
