On May 6, 1999 installation of officers of the James E. Coffey Post 3, Nashua, American Legion took place at the post home. Installed were: Barry Palmer, Commander; Ron Poirier, Senior Vice Commander; Bob Delahunt, Junior Vice Commander; Steve Davis, Chaplain; George Garvey, Sergeant-at-Arms; Bill Powell, Finance Officer; Andy LaFlamme, Treasurer.
