The parade was held in Nashua on Saturday, November 11, 1989. Participating in the parade were: President of the day, John Smart, VFW 483 Past Commander; Grand Marshal, Albert Biron, VFW 483 Past Commander; Chief of Staff, John Powell, USAF Col.; Speaker of the Day, Endicott Peabody, Ex-Gov. Mass.; General Chairman, James McDowell, DAV 7 Past Commander; Secretary Treasurer, Jeanne Johnston, CWVA1403; Parade Chairman, Roland Morrissette; Chaplain, Robert Madigan, VFW 483 Past Commander.
Distinguished Guests, Gold Star Mothers and WWI Veterans reviewed the parade from the reviewing stands.
