
Ralph E. Tyler is elected commander of the James E. Coffey Post 3, Nashua for 1989-1990. Tyler is a retired National Guard member of 21 years, retiring in 1968. He has worked at the International Paper Box Machinery for forty years and continues to work. He has raised five children, two boys and three girls. He remarried September 8, 1969.
He would like to dedicate his scrapbook to his father, Albert E. Tyler, a fifty year member of the James E. Coffey Post and a former Chaplain who participated in the burials of 525 veterans. His mother, Margaret Tyler of Nashua is a member of the Gold Star Mothers and is active in Veterans' activities. His brother, Earl was killed while serving in the army during the Korean war.
