A testimonial dinner-dance was held at the James E. Coffey Post 3 home on Saturday, 4 May 1974 to honor two members with life memberships. Mary H. Sullivan and Roland A. Caron received the awards.
Miss Sullivan, former longtime adjutant and Caron, past commander are veterans of WWII.
The presentation was made by Commander Stanley Lastowka. The toastmaster was Atty. Joseph Gall, PC. and prayers were said by Msgr. James McGreal of St. Patrick's Church.
Dinner followed a social opening at 6:30 PM.
