"Richard J. McDonald as commander heads new officers of the James E. Coffey Post, Americans Legion who were installed last night.
McDonald, a World War II Army veteran succeeds John Bisset to the highest post.
In attendance was State Commander Donald Clemments of Plastow. Other guests were Leo Belisle of Hooksett, assistant state chaplain; Aime Couture commander-elect and Theodore Stone, junior vice commader-elect of Sweeney Post Manchester and William T. Mulligan commander, Nashua Barracks, World War I Veterans.
The installation ceremonies were directed by a team headed by Stanley Shea of Wilton, District 2 commander. A luncheon was served by the auxiliary."

Sergeant At Arms: Albert Coffey.
Executive Committee: Raymond Wesson, Roland Caron, Andrew Bernier.
