" Roland Caron (pictured) as commander, heads new officers of James E. Coffey post, American Legion, to be installed in ceremonies tonight.
This activity will be part of a joint installation with new officers of the auxiliary. The post officers were elected Tuesday night. Besides Caron who will succeed Edmund F. Sweeney as commander, elected for 1964-1965 were:

Commander: Roland A. Caron.
Senior Vice Commander: Felix W. Ratoff.
Junior Vice Commander: Police Commissioner Earle F. Wesson
Adjutant: Spiros Stamelos.
Finance Officer: John D. Varney.
Treasurer: Richard J. McDonald.
Chaplain: Roger H. Charron.
Historian: William T. Mulligan.
Trustee: Ray E. Wesson.
Trust Officer: Robert S. Whitney.
Assistant Trust Officer: Mary H. Sullivan.
Sergeant At Arms: Aime Auclair.
Executive Committee: Paul A. Moran, Cornelius J. Brosnahan, Emil Bozek."

" In other action, the post elected delegates and alternates to the annual state convention.
Delegates include : Edmund F. Sweeney , Roland A. Caron , Frederick M. Clemons, PC, David P. Stevens, Richard J. McDonald, Miss Mary H. Sullivan, Ray E. Wesson, PC, Emil Bozek, Felix W. Ratoff , A. Charles Lindsay, PC.

Alternates are: Earle F. Wesson, Roger A. Charron, Chester J. McKuskie, PC and Aime Auclair.

The annual James E. Coffey memorial mass will be held in St. Francis Xavier church at 10:30 AM Sunday, with music provided by the post band in a march to and from the church and post home.
The group voted to sponsor five boys to the Boys State at the University of New Hampshire."
