Dennis J. Nash (pictured) was elected commander of the James E. Coffey Post, American Legion last evening at the annual election at City Hall last evening. He will succeed Commander Johnson.
Officers elected include:
Commander: Dennis J. Nash.
Vice Commander: Nelson J. Seymour Jr.
Jr. Vice Commander: Myron S. Walch.
Finance Officer: William T. Mulligan.
Chaplain: Rev. Pierre C. Gamache.
Historian: Elwyn C. Hopkins.
Sergeant At Arms: Arthur O'Neil.
Trust Officer: George M. French.
Trustee: William J. Johnson.
Executive Committee: James R. Milliken, Arthur S. Johnson, William Smith.
Membership for 1938-1939: 506.
The officers will be installed at a joint installation to be held at the Veterans' Home later this month.
