The Village of Bellwood honored local veterans with the dedication of the new Bellwood Veterans Memorial. Three walls were built to display bricks bearing the names of veterans and their rank, regiment, division, branch and dates of service.
Lt. Gov. Mike Foley was the featured speaker, explaining that the men and women who have fought for this country know, “more than the rest of us” what it means to make sacrifices for your country. Read more from The Columbus Telegram.
