Report of Gilbert Chaffin as delegate to District meeting at Hamilton
Three members of Auxiliary were present to arrange for minstrel show or play.
Motion was made by George Rasmussen, seconded by Sidney Johnson to have minstrel show, motion carried.
Committees appointed by Commander Bowden as follows:
Sidney Johnson – Advertising
Show – Wm Hay, Chairman; Gilbert Chaffin & George Rasmussen, members
Motion made by Ed Johnson, seconded by George Rasmussen to hold Bingo game Dec 15.
No further business meeting adjourned at 10:15 pm.
