April 15, 1938 – Meeting called to order at 8:30 pm
Motion made by Sidney Johnson and second by Ruspor Giesey to donate to D.C. Seely. Motion approved
George Rasmussen was appointed to take charge of Decoration Day arrangements others on committee Sid Johnson, Arch Comstock and Earl Hall.
District Commander was present and talked about District meeting to be held at Superior April 30.
Instructions were also given to write to Clarence Rose.
Motion made by Sid Johnson second by Geo. Korman to send $5.00 to Child Welfare and send $2.00 to Soldier’s Home.
Motion made by Sid Johnson second by Ruspor Giesey to pay rent for use of hall.
Motion approved
There being no further business meeting adjourned at 10:30 pm.
