Feb. 4, 1938 – Meeting called to order by Commander Bowden 8:45 p.m. minutes read and approved.
Suggestions were made by members as to ways and means for raising money to buy colors etc.
Committees were appointed as follows:
For Dance – Ed Johnson, Wm. Hay and Maurice Holloron
For Beano Game – Sid Johnson, Bonnie Coleman and Earl Hall
For Show – Geo. Rasmussen, Parson Pile, Gil Chaffin and Earl Hall
It was decided to hold Beano game Feb. 18 in this hall, advertising gotten out and serve lunch during game.
It was also decided to place a flag pole at the Corvallis Cemetery.
Motion was made and seconded for Earl Hall to answer letter of Clarence Rose.
It was also decided to pay rent for hall $4.50.
There being no further business the meeting adjourned at 10 pm.
