Commander Millison, a member of the Departments Ad-Hoc Centennial Committee and members of Post 626 sponsor a ceremony and fundraising drive at the National WWI Museum and Memorial to mark the anniversary of the Legion receiving its Congressional Charter. Memorial Bricks were purchased by Posts and individuals across Missouri raising over $7,000 for the Memorial. All of the bricks were placed in one area on the eastern walkway up to the tower. National Commander Bill Oxford and the Memorials CEO Dr. Matt Naylor were key note speakers.
