Not sure on the date of the photo. This is hanging on the wall at the Post. And it reads as follows:

Ralph Nicholson, 21. Ben Rountree.

This group represents some of the 29 boys in the community who left in 1917 to join Company K of the Missouri National Guad which later became Company B of the 130th Machine Gun Batallion (verbatim)in the famed 35th Division. They went to France in 1918 and saw action in the Argonne Forest, St. Mihiel and Verdur. Paul S. Killingsworth gave his life on September 30, 1918. Several were wounded or gassed.
