Post 11 member William J. "Bill" Kenney was elected Commander of The American Legion Department of Missouri at the Department's 38th Annual Department Convention, held in Saint Joseph, Missouri.
Commander Kenney is a Past Commander of Post 11 and was serving as Western Vice Commander for the Department at the time of his election.
