Robert Thomas was installed as commander of Frank Wendland Post 253, American Legion, Royal Oak. Installed with him, by the 40 and 8 Ritual Team, were: Ed Meisch, senior vice commander; Don Schell, junior vice commander; Ray McCormick, sergeant-at-arms; Glen McCallister, chaplain; Bill Potter, historian; Charles Anderson, finance officer, and Earl Greisheimer, post adjutant.
