During the Memorial Day ceremony of 2019, a flag from Mt Rushmore and a flag that visited World War 2 battle sites, were unfurled on the lawn of Middleboro's Town Hall Also featured as part of the events were a parade honoring Fletcher Clarke, local bands nd laying of wreath at the Memorial Park.
