During the American Legion Department of Louisiana Convention held in Alexandria, LA from June 8-11, Officer Trevor Bullock (center) of the Jennings Police Department received the American Legion Department of Louisiana (state-level) Law Enforcement Officer of the Year Award. Officer Bullock was nominated for the Award by the Jennings Police Department, James O. Hall Post 19 from Jennings, and the American Legion Department of Louisiana 7th District. Presenting the award were Department Commander (state president) Rudy Bourg (right) and Glenn McFarlain (left), Past Post 19 Commander. Officer Bullock’s nomination was forwarded to the National American Legion Headquarters in Indianapolis, IN, where he was in contention for the National Law Enforcement Officer of the Year Award.
